Product Description

This series of sealing products are mainly made of ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), combined with coupling agent grafting and blending modification technologies. Specifically developed for the sealing system of water tank outlet valves, they feature excellent sealing performance, elasticity and durability. The products can maintain sealing effect for a long time in various water quality and detergent environments, effectively controlling flushing volume, improving water efficiency and saving water resources. They comply with multiple international environmental regulations such as RoHS2.0, REACH, PAHs, POPs, TSCA, and PFAS, with customization services available.

PRODUCT FUNCTION

Sealing and water control: Effectively blocks leakage, controls water tank flushing volume, and improves water efficiency;  

Chemical resistance: Adapts to environments containing chlorine, chloramine and other water treatment agents, with no softening or deformation during long-term use;  

High aging resistance: EPDM has excellent ozone resistance and UV resistance, suitable for long-term humid working conditions;  

Eco-friendly and hygienic: Halogen-free and low leaching, compliant with multiple environmental and drinking water contact standards, ensuring water safety;  

Stable and durable: Maintains excellent physical properties under complex working conditions such as alternating cold and heat, and water flow scouring.

Material system: EPDM + coupling agent grafting + blending modification  

Volume change rate (ASTM D471):  

  — ＜3% after 500h immersion in chlorine solution (5 ppm)  

  — Resistance grade to chloramine solution (1%): Excellent  

Water resistance: No deformation or cracking after long-term immersion in water  

Ozone aging resistance: No cracking after 168h  

Environmental standards: Compliant with regulations such as RoHS2.0, REACH, PAHs, POPs, TSCA, PFAS, etc.
